Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (in-person attendance required in Stoke-on-Trent 1-2 days per week during active delivery)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of Stoke Your Story. The role includes leadership of oral history delivery, coordination of project activities and suppliers, financial oversight, and ensuring high standards of safeguarding and ethical practice throughout the project.
Lead Artist

Contract period: 2 March 2026 – 30 June 2026
Location: In-person delivery in Stoke-on-Trent
We are seeking a creative practitioner to design and deliver a programme of 10 participatory art workshops. You will guide participants to create visual interpretations of their traditional fables, working sensitively with refugee and asylum seeker communities using trauma-informed approaches.
Graphic Designer

Contract value: £4,200 (fixed fee, inclusive of VAT if applicable)
Contract period: 2 March 2026 – 31 October 2026
Location: Remote working
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to deliver the visual design for the project’s key public-facing outputs. This includes designing and typesetting a multilingual book (approx. 100-120 pages), creating travelling exhibition panels, and producing promotional materials.
Web Designer

Contract value: £4,800 (fixed fee, inclusive of VAT if applicable)
Contract period: 2 March 2026 – 30 November 2026
Location: Remote working
We are seeking a Web Designer/Developer to design, build, and deploy an accessible website that will host a digital audio archive of collected fables. The role includes implementing a content management system and providing handover training.
