This undertaking is facilitated via Action for Happiness, a globally recognised charity devoted to making the world a happier place.

The Happiness Habits Course aims to sow seeds of joy, empowering participants to nurture habits that encourage personal happiness and well-being. These positive habits and mindsets don’t just uplift us as individuals, but ripple out to create a better, happier community.
Course Overview
The Happiness Habits Course covers the science of happiness and provides practical steps towards fostering well-being. It spans several enriching sessions:

- Week 3: Relationships, Monday, June 19, 2023 7:00 PM
- Week 4: Resilience, Monday, June 26, 2023 7:00 PM
- Week 5: Kindness, Monday, July 3, 2023 7:00 PM
- Week 6: Meaning, Monday, July 10, 2023 7:00 PM
This course is welcoming to all, regardless of any prior experience or knowledge in psychology or mindfulness practices. It’s an open invitation to anyone ready for a positive shift in their life.
